It will extrude enough to create 0.35 thick lines even though your nozzle is 0.4 and it will step over 0.35mm so the lines touch perfectly. WebThe feature size is tied to your nozzle diameter. In S3D it can be fooled by setting the extrusion width smaller than the real nozzle orifice, for example if I have 0.4 nozzle, I set the extrusion width to 0.3 and it starts to produce smaller details.
